Casa Anconeta aims at promoting and rewarding ecologically sustainable travel modes, with differentiated rates based on the used means of transportation as well as on the length of your stay. The common spaces of the Casa are available to our guests: we wish that every wayfarer feels part of a community, so get prepared to have a tea on our terrace while admiring the architectures of the Madonna dell’Orto, to get lost in long conversations in the couch, and to taste freshly baked biscuits. 

The space is family-friendly, there is an area where to change babies and where to store buggies. There is no additional cost for this. You will find books and toys for all ages, and we will be happy to tell you about some projects and ongoing experiences in the old town, suitable for your children.

How to make a reservation?

After filling in this questionnaire, please wait for a confirmation message. Your reservation will be recorded only after we receive a deposit equal to the 25% of the total due amount.

Can a group reserve the apartment?

If you are a group, it is important to know that available beds are up to 5, and that the apartment is shared with the householders.

How long is it possible to stay?

It is possible to book your room for a minimum of two nights up to longer periods to be agreed.

Does Casa Anconeta accept pets?

The possibility to welcome pets is not excuded, but ought to be evaluated case-by-case with the householders, based on the other scheduled guests.

Rates

Rates vary based on your travel type, in particular on the means of transportation as well as on the length of your stay. This way, virtuous travellers are rewarded, while the others compensate.

Prices are meant per night per person, and change according to the speces you need for sleeping. We can host up to 5 people. All the guests of Casa Anconeta can also enjoy all of the shared spaces of the apartment.

N.B. As per the local laws in force (d.lgs 14 marzo 2011 n. 23), to all rates there is need to add the tourism tax. Such tax is for stays up to 6 nights, and currently vary between 3€ and 5€, based on the season.
